“Problemas” são situações constantes em empresas, em qualquer lugar do mundo. Identificando situações do cotidiano, as startups surgiram para levar formas tecnológicas até as “soluções”. Há cerca de seis anos, Manaus entrou para o cenário de startups do país, mesmo com pequenos incentivos. Atualmente, o segmento já trouxe soluções para situações de condomínios e até facilidades para repasse de troco de empresas para clientes.

O proprietário do Vila Hub Coworking, Gustavo Jinkings, tem um contato constante com o mercado das ‘Startups’. O local em que ele trabalha funciona como um espaço de trabalho compartilhado em que empresas diferentes se encontram e trocam experiências.

“Recebemos empreendedores de diversos serviços diferentes. Este networking é a alma do negócio. Com isso, atraímos também as ‘Startups’. São empresas que estão no começo e buscam pessoas que também acreditem nesta pegada de tecnologia na empresa”, comentou Jinkings.

O empresário explicou que ‘Startups’ é o período inicial de empresas que usam tecnologia para expandir. É um primeiro momento em que uma empresa sai do papel, para pensar nos “problemas” para quaisqer situações e os solucionar de maneira tecnológica.

“Se você quiser ser um milionário, você resolve um problema de um milhão de pessoas. Se você quiser ser um bilionário, você resolve um problema de um bilhão de pessoas. Estas são as maiores contribuiçõos das ‘Startups’, para a nossa sociedade e economia”, disse o empresário.

Em Manaus, as ‘Startups’ surgiram em meados de 2012 e 2013, segundo Jinkings. O mercado, para ele, tem muitas pessoas boas, com uma grande variedade de ideias e projetos que já dão frutos.

Um dos projetos que já teve crescimento em Manaus é o aplicatico “Communy”. O software permite que moradores, portaria e gestores de um condomínio possam fazer reservas da churrasqueira ou quadra de esportes, por exemplo, apenas usando o celular ou computador.

A ideia para o aplicativo? Surgiu após um grupo de amigos saírem do emprego no Polo Industrial de Manaus. Como todos moravam em condomínios, eles enfrentavam “dificuldades” para resolverem serviços e decidiram embarcar no crescente mercado das Startups, em 2016, segundo o empresário Pedro Henrique Cavalacante, de 33 anos.

“Nós não conseguíamos encontrar o síndico, não achávamos boleto para pagar. Ao invés de continuarmos reclamando, decidimos pôr a mão na massa. Vimos que o mercado das Startups estava crescendo e embarcamos neste meio”, disse Cavalvante.

Com o aplicativo pronto, restava ir ao mercado. O “Communy” conseguiu o primeiro cliente em Manaus e, depois, o crescimento aconteceu. Atualmente, o aplicativo já funciona em 39 condomínios em Manaus, dois em São Paulo e um no Rio de Janeiro.

“Usamos um módulo de comunicação. Criamos formas em que o morador pode se comunicar com o condomínio. Um dos exemplos é de autorizar visitas. Os moradores identificam um visitante no aplicativo e colocam a hora em que ele vem. A portaria recebe e a autorização é feita”, explicou.

Outra sturtup que aquece o mercado manauara é a “Trocados”. Segundo o co-fundador do aplicativo, Silvestre Paiva, a ideia surgiu em 2014, após ele enfrentar um problema de não conseguir comprar um produto porque a vendedora não tinha troco.

“Eu ia fazer uma compra, antes de uma reunião de negócios em um shopping de Manaus. Eu tinha o dinheiro para comprar o objeto, mas não consegui porque a vendedora não tinha troco. Fui para a reunião e dei a ideia de desenvolvermos uma forma das pessoas receberem troco pelo celular”, disse.

Os colegas de Paiva abraçaram a iniciativa e desenvolveram o aplicativo “Trocados”. Eles fizeram então uma pesquisa, para validar com outras pessoas que o “problema” vivido por ele também fazia parte do dia a dia de outras pessoas e criaram o app.

O também co-fundador do “Trocados”, Amaike Keric, contou que eles então passaram a vender a ideia, mas não conseguiam ir para frente. A partir de um programa de investimento em projetos, eles conseguiram incentivo para fazer o aplicativo.

“Desenvolvemos um programa para passar o troco. Conseguimos um primeiro cliente e, de lá para cá, não paramos. Atualmente, já temos cerca de 43 locais que usam o nosso sistema. Um deles é do município de Itacoatiara”, informou.

Keric explicou que as empresas parceiras fazem um depósito de um certo valor na “Trocados” para que ele seja usado no troco para os clientes. Ao fazer uma compra, o troco pode ser passado para o cliente através do aplicativo.

“O consumidor informa o número do celular e deve receber uma mensagem de texto com o saldo e instruções para baixar o aplicativo. Com isto, a pessoa pode guardar o troco e usar em três maneiras diferente”, explicou Keric.

Com o valor de trocados acumulado, é possível que o consumidor faça recargas de celular, recarregue créditos em carteiras de transporte do Sindicato das Empresas de Transporte de Passageiros do Estado do Amazonas (Sinetram) e trocar por cartões-presentes de um aplicativo de transporte.

O futuro das startups em Manaus

Para Jinkings, as Startups manauaras têm futuro promissor. Para que isto aconteça, ele acredita que com mais incentivos e mais parcerias com empresas deste mercado, o crescimento deve ser inevitável.

“Até pouco tempo atrás, tínhamos poucas iniciativas e incentivo. Como nosso mercado é bem voltado para indústria, devido à Zona Franca, este movimento era pouco percebido. Com a tecnologia em voga, as startups começaram a ser vistas. Eu só vejo coisas boas acontecendo. Manaus, daqui para frente, vai ser um polo de tecnologia”, comentou.

Com dois anos no mercado e a startup em crescimento, Cavalcante comentou que representantes de startups encontram empreendedores em eventos e o reconhecimento acontece. Com isto, quem trabalha com empresas conhecem as startups e passam a incorporá-las em seus meios.

“São inúmeros exemplos que temos de startups que já estão gerando empregos e renda. Apesar disso, é preciso o apoio de órgãos para que o crescimento venha a ser maior ainda. Temos startups que já conseguiram até sair do mercado de Manaus e vemos que o crescimento é constante”, comentou o empresário.

Já Keric, acredita que há dificuldades para que o que é feito em Manaus tenha crescimento. Ele pontua que há um foco no eixo Rio-São Paulo que tira o olhar para startups manauaras. Mesmo com este cenário, ele afirma que a luta e o crescimento do mercado tem sido grande.

“No fim de novembro, deve ser lançado o Polo Digital de Manaus, para que se inicie uma mudança para o povo manauara. É uma mudança que não vai ser rápida ou simples, mas todos nós vamos unir nossas ideias com outras startups e muita coisa boa, tecnológica, desenvolvida por nós, ainda deve vir por aí”, finalizou.
